countries contribute actively to the work of the World Petroleum Council, elect
WPC officers, select the host country for each congress and provide, through annual
membership fees, funding for the central organization.
The sixty-three countries
which are full members of the WPC Council, the general assembly of the WPC, are
listed below. A number of additional countries are presently completing the requirements
for membership.
