Benefits of Membership in the Canadian Association - Through being members of the Canadian Association and supporting its programs we can more effectively:

1. Assist the exchange of knowledge and technology in the petroleum industry worldwide.
2. Assist in co-ordinating communication programs respecting the Canadian petroleum industry outside Canada.
3. Network with members of the international petroleum community more readily and increase our awareness of developments and opportunities outside Canada.
4. Enhance international awareness of the special societal and environmental management policies of companies and other organizations operating in Canada.
5. Enhance international marketing of Canadian products, services and expertise.
6. Enhance the recognition given to Canadian companies conducting business outside Canada.
7. Facilitate lower registration fees (currently $250/delegate less) for Canadians attending WPCs as a result of the Canadian Association being a member of the international WPC organization.
8. Increase the opportunities for Canadians to participate in the international forums held triennially by the World Petroleum Congress as well as in WPC regional meetings.

To become a member of the Canadian Association for the World Petroleum Council:
