Join us for an interactive journey blending neuroscience and practical strategies to help individuals and organizations thrive in today's changing world. Dr. Carlos Davidovich MD. EMCC, an expert in neuroscience-based leadership, will illuminate how our brains are wired for biases, their evolutionary purpose, and the ways they influence how we perceive the world around us.
 
This event is part of the Women10x Energy Summit 2025, where we will explore a variety of topics all based around our theme of Global Journeys: Workforce Transformation in Energy. As workplaces face growing diversity challenges - contributing to an impending skilled labour shortage - companies must take action to attract diverse talent. Women10x bridges this gap by connecting energy professionals worldwide in a dedicated network, offering peer-to-peer sharing and learning as well as access to a repository of trusted academic and industry insights, designed to support informed decisions. Global employment forecasts suggest 85 million jobs could go unfilled by 2030 due to a lack of skilled workers. The energy sector, which has one of the largest gender disparity gaps, is also at risk of one of the most severe labour shortages. Policy makers must understand these risks and act now to secure the next generation of talent. The Women10x Energy Summit 2025 is focused on bringing people together around the world to connect, exchange ideas, collaborate and create strategies to drive gender equity in energy.

Dr. Carlos Davidovich

Dr. Davidovich has extensive experience supporting the development of leaders and management teams alike on an international scale. Raised and educated in Argentina, he has been living and working between Europe, USA and Canada for over 20 years, where he has become an Executive Coach giving workshops and lectures on Neuromanagement, applying neuroscience in organizations and businesses. Dr. Davidovich currently resides in Madrid where he works with clients from around the world. Originally trained as a medical doctor in Argentina, Dr. Davidovich draws on his medical background and his understanding of the brain to apply Neuromanagement coaching modalities that lead to evident and sustainable change for his clients. Over the course of his early career, for more than 20 years, he has also gained management experience in business executive roles working for multinationals pharmaceutical companies in the area of Biotechnology applied to human health. He is a professor of Neuromanagement in the MBA programs at the University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic, and at GEA in Ljubljana, Slovenia; a guest lecturer for the Masters in Leadership program at the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph, and a thought leader with the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. Co-author of the book: “PersonalityDNA. Discover Your True Personality”, 2021. Author of the book: “Five-Brain Leadership. How Neuroscience Can Help You Master Your Instincts and Build Better Teams”. Dr Davidovich is also a TEDx talk presenter.
