ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS USAGE AGREEMENT
This usage agreement covers your use of the content, services and products that are located at the website www.wpccanada.com and any portion thereof (the “Web Site”), which is owned by the WPC Canada. In this Usage Agreement, “you” and “your” refers to any individuals and/or entities accessing this Web Site for any reason. Please read this Usage Policy carefully before using this Web Site.
By using this Web Site, you are indicating that you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth herein. Also, you are indicating that you understand WPC Canada may revise this Usage Agreement from time to time without providing any notice to you. USE OF THIS WEB SITE
This site is owned and maintained by WPC Canada. WPC Canada authorizes you to access and view the Web Site and to print out forms, web pages, and publications that are available at this Web Site for the general public solely for non-profit purposes such as learning about Free-to-Air technology and promoting the goals of your specific non-profit organization, provided that you agree to the following:

a. Proprietary Rights
This Web Site is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. WPC Canada has exclusive rights or has been licensed by third parties to use all of the Content (as defined above). All Content is subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other proprietary rights or licenses held by WPC Canada. The entire Content of this Web Site is protected by Canadian copyright laws as a collective work, and WPC Canada owns the copyright in the selection, coordination and arrangement and enhancement of the Content.

Without limiting the foregoing, if WPC Canada or any of its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates and agents is found liable to you for any claims or matters arising under or in connection with this Usage Agreement, our aggregate and maximum liability for all such matters and claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to WPC Canada, if any, for the specific service or product giving rise to such liability.

We take no responsibility for the accuracy, content, or any aspect of such third party content, and disclaim any liability to you for such content or for any consequence of your decision to use the links provided or your use of such content. This site is controlled and operated by WPC Canada. WPC Canada makes no representations that the Content provided on this Web Site is appropriate for use in all locations, or that the Content provided is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. You may not assign these rights under this Usage Agreement without the prior written consent of WPC Canada. This Usage Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Should any provision of this Usage Agreement be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a proper legal authority, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected. If any part of this Usage Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Usage Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
